The GO-Zero Program is a fund offered by the Port of Virginia for truckers at the Port to have the opportunity to purchase zero emission vehicles. This program offers an incentive of up to $200,000 for each zero-emission truck purchased and up to $100,000 for each net-zero emission truck purchased. Additionally, there is no scrappage requirement to be eligible for the GO-Zero Program, but an additional $25,000 is available for participants who do choose to scrap an older diesel-powered drayage truck.
