Virginia Climate Pollution Reduction Grant: Southwest Region

Join the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) on Monday, December 4, from 6 to 8 PM at the DEQ Southwest Regional Office’s Training Room, located at 355 Deadmore St SE, Abingdon, VA 24210. Virginia DEQ invites you to be part of shaping the state’s climate action plan by sharing your ideas to rapidly reduce greenhouse gas emissions. These community meetings, happening statewide throughout December, aim to gather valuable feedback to develop a focused climate action plan. Your input will contribute to projects competing for a substantial $4.3 billion implementation fund. Stay tuned for additional meeting dates in Northern Virginia, Hampton Roads, and Richmond regions.
