Governor Northam Announces Selection of EVgo to Develop Statewide Public Electric Vehicle Charging Network

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has issued a Notice of Intent to Award a contract to EVgo Services, LLC, to develop a statewide public electric vehicle (EV) charging network. EPA Declares Intent to Rollback Vehicle Emission Regulations and Terminate California’s CARB Program

The Trump administration rolled out a plan Thursday to weaken the aggressive fuel economy and global warming standards for cars and strip California of its ability to determine its own vehicle regulations for greenhouse gas emissions.

New CNG Station in Lynchburg Serving Public, Frito-Lay

American Natural Gas (ANG), a distributor of alternative motor fuels and a portfolio company within HC2 Holdings Inc., has opened a new heavy-duty, fast-fill compressed natural gas (CNG) station in Lynchburg, Va.

The public-access facility, located at 110 Jefferson Ridge Parkway, will also serve PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay division, which will fuel its fleet of CNG-powered tractor trailers.
