The City of Richmond is now accepting bids as part of it’s commitment to convert a portion of the City’s Department of Public Utilities (DPU) and Greater Richmond Transit Company (GRTC) vehicle fleets to compressed natural gas (CNG). The city is requesting bids from qualified providers to supply fuel through a public fueling facility.
