The Times…They are a Changin’ is the theme of the 2023 VLGMA Winter Conference. These past few years have created many changes for local governments – our workforce and our communities. This conference will begin with an opportunity to explore how to transform our team’s culture and performance and will end with a focus on communities of the future.
We are pleased to announce that the conference will be held at Hotel Madison on the campus of JMU in Harrisonburg.
