The Senate Appropriations Committee is presently writing its version of the FY 2023 Energy and Water Appropriations Bill, which funds the Department of Energy. This week the House will pass its version of the bill and increase funding for the Clean Cities Program.
We are asking the Senate to provide increased funding as well. But we need your help to make this happen. Please click here to sign on to our letter urging the Senate Appropriations Committee leadership to increase funding for the Clean Cities Program. This funding will enable the nation’s 75 Clean Cities Coalitions to provide the outreach and technical assistance required to ensure effective implementation of the clean transportation investments included in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law
Your voice will make the critical difference in increasing funding for clean fuels and vehicles. Please add your name to our letter today. We will be sending the letter to the Senate leadership next Tuesday, July 25th. So click here to add your critical voice for clean transportation.
