The second and final conference will be held on Friday September 23 for the state’s Public Private effort to replace state-owned vehicles with domestic fueled vehicles to benefit citizens, save costs, and utilize cleaner domestic energy produced within the state. The conference will be held in the East Reading Room of the Patrick Henry Building located at 1111 E Broad Street, Richmond Virginia, 23219.
The RFP # PPEA/SOA 2011-07-22 is related the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act (PPEA) and is a result of Governor McDonnell’s Executive Order 36 and unanimous, bipartisan legislation from the 2011 General Assembly session. The effort affirms the Commonwealth’s interest in partnerships with and among alternative fuel source providers, infrastructure developers, vehicle manufacturers, localities, fleets, and the motoring public to facilitate plans for refueling infrastructure, and alternative fuel vehicles implementation in the Commonwealth’s fleet and land.
