2025 Rally in Richmond

VCC honors Virginia’s green fleets and stakeholders with this special event held at the Main Street Station in Richmond. VCC will also host a reception, awards ceremony, workshops and vehicle demos. This event is VCC’s annual fundraiser to advance clean alternative fuel programs in Virginia and beyond. Join vendors, industry leaders and fellow enthusiasts to exhibit with a booth or show off your alternative fuel vehicles!
The Rally at Main Street Station is Virginia’s premier event, supporting VCC’s mission to improve Virginia’s air quality and economic security.

Sponsorship Information
Sponsorship entitles your organization the valuable opportunity to showcase your ideas, brand, and products. This event also serves as Virginia Clean Cities’ annual fundraiser to raise program funds to advance clean alternative fuel programs in Virginia. Event Sponsorships include complimentary tickets, which can be handed out to fleets or clients.

Sponsorship Levels
All Star ($2,500)
- Sponsorship includes up to 10 complimentary tickets
- Logo on All star slide during event
- Recognition in event program and emails with logo
- Up to 3 demonstration vehicles and a full display table
- Up to 2 minute speech allowance during Alt Fuel Program
Diamond ($1,000)
- Sponsorship includes up to 5 complimentary tickets
- Logo on Gold event slide during event
- Recognition in event emails with logo
- 1 demonstration vehicle and a full display table
- Up to 1 minute speech allowance during Alt Fuel Program
Gold ($500)
- Sponsorship includes up to 3 complimentary tickets
- Recognition on Gold event slide during event

Individual Sponsor ($250)
- Sponsorship includes up to 2 complimentary tickets
