Yesterday, Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives released the details of the $1.3 trillion spending bill that would fund the federal government through the end of the current federal fiscal year, September 2018. The Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 (H.R. 1892) was signed on February 9, 2018. Division D of the Act retroactively extends many tax credits.

There are several Bipartisan Budget Act provisions with implications for Clean Cities portfolio items:
